I chose a UV film for my large living room clerestory windows. When Jeremy came to my home to do the job, he realized the film I chose was not sufficient for the amount of sunlight coming through the windows. We rescheduled for another day. Needless to say, he had to pack up his tools, ladders, etc., and spend another day at my home, which meant another hour plus trip back and forth from my home to Clearwater.
Without Jeremy's expertise, I would not have the appropriate protection for my home. Most contractors would have installed the original film, without saying a word. Jeremy is a man of character!
Since he did such a wonderful job (at a fair price too) I had him install film on all of the remaining windows in my condo. Also, there had been some water marks/leakage around one window frame in my living room. He checked the exterior and while on the roof, Jeremy noticed severe damage to the framework and cracking around the window perimeter. My windows are now caulked and sealed… and washed! Yes, he does windows!

Over the last month I sought out estimates from several window tinting companies to address the extreme glare and solar heat gain in our home. My goal was to reduce the AC usage in my home and increase the comfort of being in rooms exposed to mid and late day sun. After researching all the films available on the market I chose the Vista product and had each of the five authorized installers in the area provide an estimate. I chose High Impact Glass Solutions because I realized that I wasn’t just buying the film. I was buying the installation.
When their project manager left after providing an estimate I was convinced I was going to the quality time tested Vista film installed by one of the most experienced companies in the state. I had some of the other dealers come out and provide their estimates later that week but no one else matched High Impact Glass Solution’s knowledge, professionalism and presentation. They proved they had the experience as well as the refined tools and techniques to deliver a fantastic installation.
Most importantly, the High Impact team delivered! I didn’t realize my windows had a lot of excess caulk on the glass and frames from manufacturing. The installers spend a lot of time in cleaning and preparing the windows so that when the film was applied it went on cleanly. The windows look fantastic, they are definitely clean and the view appears more crisp due to the reduced glare.
The High Impact team also did a great job in handling my window treatments and keeping their work areas clean. This was especially important as I have two toddlers who love to crawl around and put everything in their mouths.
I am so very satisfied with the work of the installation crew and High Impact Glass Solutions and recommend them for their professionalism and workmanship.
